We’re so thrilled that Red Letter Media guys have taken a dive into yet another Troubled Moon Films classic, “Tartarus”. So glad these guys are having a blast with these films, and its gratifying that they find both funny/complimentary/nice/critical things to say about the movies! Such genuine folks too – keep up the reviews!

There have been lots of things that we’re proud of over here at Troubled Moon Films. Like, when our dozen eggs actually had 13 in the carton. But this? Well, folks, we don’t know what to say. And that doesn’t happen too often.  We’re honored, no, giddy, actually, that Fungicide – the art-house-action-packed-coming-of-age-musical-sci-fi-classic – is trending at #1 on RiffTrax! We may be biased, because we’ve been, like, lifetime fans (cue hair flip), but we think they did an amazing job on our cinematic masterpiece. Totally GOAT. We’re cool, right?

See for yourselves…

Rifftrax, the wonderful, wacky, funny guys that did MST3K have decided to lower their standards and skewer Suburban Sasquatch! Yes your favorite bigfoot in hiding and sneaking around film is getting lambasted. I have to say i’ve loved these guys for so long and have been a fan of MST3K since day 1. I always thought to be ribbed by them would have been an honor and here we are! Check it out here!

As an artist, you’re work doesn’t exist unless it is seen by someone other than the creator. Yes, i made that up. No you may not use it unless i get paid a quarter each time you use it. I’m joking. In any case, its great to keep getting press over Suburban Sasquatch. Here’s another fun review – and the review is about 1/2 as long as the movie. Go figure!

Tony took the time to interview me regarding Suburban Sasquatch, other films such as Fungicide and Malevolent Ascent, and what it means to be in the directors chair. I had a blast during this interview; Tony is such a sincere, nice guy too. He was professional and enjoyable to work with on the set of Zombies By Design. Hopefully I’ll get to work with him again in the future!

Suburban Sasquatch is being featured at the American Genre Film Archive, an honor for us here at Troubled Moon Films. The write-up the posted was really great, and does a nice synopsis for the film, especially the particular review they quoted: “There’s a ton of heart and love put into this and it really shines through. I’m so glad this thing exists.”
